MOBILE SAUNA USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CUSTOMER – each individual renting the sauna (hereafter called a LUX SAUNA User).

Terms and Conditions establish the following: the service procedure (the provision of services) for the sauna customers; the mandatory safety, hygiene guidance, prohibitions and other requirements; the rights, duties and liability extent of LUX SAUNA and the customers; and the terms for the provision of additional services. Terms and Conditions are designed to prevent inconvenient misunderstandings, injuries or losses.

Terms and Conditions are mandatory to all customers of the Lux Sauna regardless of their age. The customer must carefully read and follow these Terms and Conditions before using the services.

By purchasing the service, each customer confirms that they have read and understood LUX SAUNA Terms and Conditions and have agreed to follow them unconditionally. The individual renting the sauna is liable for any consequences raised by ignoring or breaking Terms and Conditions.

 

SAUNA IS PROHIBITED FOR:

  • Children under 3

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychoactive substances

  • Individuals with infectious diseases

  • Individuals with heart disease

  • Individuals with high blood pressure

  • Individuals with infectious skin diseases

  • Individuals with open wounds

  • Epileptic individuals

IMPORTANT: if you have any doubts of your health condition, please get advice from your doctor before the use of the sauna bath.

 

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Lux Sauna recommends that customers evaluate their own health before the use of sauna bath

  • Start taking the sauna 5-10 and then extend to 10-15 minutes at the time if you feel comfortable

  • Leave valuables such as watches, jewellery, electronic devices outside the sauna otherwise it may be damaged by heat and/or moisture

 

HYGIENE GUIDANCE:

  • Change your clothes at home or in a changing room if present but never inside the sauna

  • Thorough shower/bath must be taken before the sauna bath 

  • Appropriate sauna clothing must be worn

  • You should ensure that you are well hydrated and bring bottle of water with you

  • Footwear must be left outside to the sauna

  • Have your own towel to sit on in the sauna

  • DO NOT wear make-up or skin tanning products

 

LUX SAUNA PROHIBITIONS USING THE MOBILE SAUNA:

  • To damage Lux Sauna inventory

  • To control the equipment present in the Sauna room

  • To touch the burner or the stones while heater is ON

  • To spill a great amount of water on the hot stones

  • To smoke cigarettes and/or any tobacco products 

  • To bring glass, sharp, and breakable objects

  • To bring food and soda drinks (except still water)

  • To bring and/or use alcohol, narcotics or psychoactive substances inside the sauna

  • To wear and/or use of make-up or skin tanning products (might damage the wood unrepairable)

  • To wear inappropriate clothing (underwear or clothing made from synthetic material which is NOT heat resistant)

  • To spit, urinate and vomit inside the sauna

  • To wear outdoor footwear

  • To stand or/and jump on the benches

  • Damaging or breaking any devices, items and property of the Lux Sauna

 

LIABILITY:

  • The compensation for any damage to Lux Sauna property caused by a customer breaking the Terms and Conditions, if sufficient, will be taken out of the deposit payed to the Lux Sauna. If greater damage caused than deposit amount – damage expenses and costs will be invoiced directly to the customer and must be paid within 4 working days.

  • Lux Sauna do not investigate customer claims and is not responsible for any health issues experienced during the sauna use.

  • Lux Sauna do not hold any responsibility for the customer‘s property or belongings that is lost and/or damaged during mobile sauna hire period. Any lost and/if found items will be returned to their legitimate owners.

  • Customer is responsible to:

    • provide height  clearance of 3 metres (approx. 9’8ft)

    • provide a clear access to where Mobile Sauna must be delivered and parked.

    • provide stable and even surface of at least 3X5 metres (approx. 9’8ft X 16ft). 

 

DEPOSIT:

  • Lux Sauna require a minimum deposit of £100-150 (or greater if longer hire period) to secure the order. It will be shown on your order as deposit paid and deducted from your final order amount at the start of hire period.

  • A Security Deposit of £500 should be paid by debit or credit card when we bring the Mobile Sauna at the start of hire period. Mobile Sauna will then be checked within 2 days after hire period ends and refunded after successful inspection. The Security Deposit will be retained by Us in full or in part if the Mobile Sauna are not returned, lost, stolen or damaged in any way that falls outside of the Accidental Damage Waiver.

    • If the cost of repairing the damage or replacing the Mobile Sauna is higher than the sum of the Security Deposit, You will be required to pay any excess sum.

 

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY WHILE USING THE SAUNA.
