Lux Sauna idea was drafted and slowly taking it’s shape since 2019 and was founded in spring 2022 in Eastbourne in order to provide comprehensive sauna bath services that support and foster the health of our customers. We offer a choice of sauna bath hire plans and variety of authentic carefully selected wellness products to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, Lux Sauna provides the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.

Since 2022, Lux sauna has provided Eastbourne and East Sussex with a healing and relaxing way to exercise their mind and body.
